As part of +61’s big ambitions with Telstra, we took on the current 1:1 perception that “it’s only an email” and applied the same creativity and craft we would above-the-line advertising.
We strived to move customer marketing beyond prompting purchase and into spaces of digital experiences that genuinely impact how customers feel about a brand.
We asked ourselves what if we cared as much about the small spaces as the large more traditional channels?

“wherever we go” is the new brand platform created for Telstra.
The platform is characterised by wonder and harmony yet our new and existing customers’ digital experiences were filled with bad formatting and promo codes.
Here’s how we imagined the new brand platform coming to life digitally in a playful, warm and welcoming way.

We created a a new visual world for the always on consumer lifecycle activity.
It’s a consistent and connected customer experience, that’s aligned with the new “wherever we go” brand platform.
